Remote Customer Service Representative Location: Remote – Must reside in the U.S. in TX, SC, NC, FL, and GA. Schedule: Open availability required. Hours 6:00 AM – 1:00 AM EST. Document interactions thoroughly in the CRM system to ensure continuity and accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently and maintain a premium client experience.
