Bodily Injury Adjuster - GA/AL/NC/SC

Handling moderate to complex represented claims, the fully remote Bodily Injury Adjuster - GA/AL/NC/SC will investigate uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, negotiate settlements, and manage loss of use claims while working independently. Key responsibilities Investigate and evaluate moderate represented UM/UIM claims in single or multi-car accidents Negotiate settlements and manage complex claims, including business interruption and loss of income Take recorded statements and resolve loss of use claims while making payments to appropriate parties Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in liability investigations and bodily injury claim evaluations Casualty claim handling experience is required Previous experience with UM/UIM bodily injury claims handling Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective claims negotiation
