Required Skills and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (state-appropriate)
• Experience with early childhood or middle school students (depending on assignment)
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads (10-22 students)
• Flexibility to work across multiple sites or at a single location
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Dedication to fostering inclusive learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Provide instruction and support for students in PreK or 6th–8th grade (based on assignment)
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and families
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development
