We currently are hiring for our night shift. This shift offers a great balance of work and family time. Employees on days work Monday to Thursday from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am and depending on the workload, we work our overtime on Fridays. Lionshead Precision Metals (previously IMC Corp) is seeking a qualified candidate that can come in and hit the door running.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, load, and unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
  • Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
  • Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
  • Transport raw materials to production workstations
  • Empty trash and scrap hoppers as needed
  • Assist shipping with packing/wrapping work in process
  • Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
  • Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

Skills

  • Proven experience as forklift operator
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
  • Excellent physical condition and coordination
  • Valid certification to operate forklifts

Vacation Program

Vacation Accrual (Year 1):

  • After 3 months → 40 hours

  • After 6 months → +40 hours (80 total)

  • After 9 months → +40 hours (120 total)

After First Year:

  • Every January 1st → 120 hours

After 5-Year Anniversary:

  • January 1st following your 5-year anniversary → 160 hours

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shifts
  • Monday-Thursday
  • 4:00pm - 2:30am
