Prospective Buyers often begin their purchasing journey online. Upon submitting their information, the Online Sales Consultants role is to connect and turn a prospective buyer from "I'm interested," to "I want to meet with a Sales Consultant," by providing basic information and building enthusiasm for an appointment with a Sales Consultant.This is a new role in a rapidly growing business, supporting multiple properties. Opportunities for growth in role for the right candidate!Essential ResponsibilitiesRespond to all email leads promptly.Handle inbound calls with the goal of generating on-site or virtual appointments for the Sales Team.Make outbound calls to database leads to generate appointments.Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects with the goal of scheduling appointments with the Onsite Sales Team.Serve as a concierge to prospective buyers, creating a warm and seamless handoff to the Sales Team or Rental Management Company.Provide a high-level overview of features and benefits to build interest and motivate prospects to take action.Use discovery questions to identify each buyer's area of interest.Deliver a world-class experience for buyers and their representatives.RequirementsCompetencies, Skills, Attributes, Experience, Licenses, Certifications requiredExperience using Salesforce as a CRM.Friendly, warm, and engaging phone etiquette with a commitment to creating a positive customer experience.Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with leads who have requested information through our websites.Preferred Competencies & Qualifications2+ years of experience in sales roles.Online Sales Counselor experience is a plus.Homebuilding or real estate experience is a plus.Demonstrated success in B2C sales over the telephone.Understanding of key performance metrics that drive successful sales conversions.Ability to maintain flexibility, composure, and creativity in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.AmeriCraft Homes does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
