Associate Manager, Client Experiences, Bespoke

Job Overview Associate Manager, Client Experiences – full‑time, in‑person at our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. Responsibilities Work closely with client teams to implement and execute programs that align with client goals and objectives. Be a strong cultural fit and authentic advocate of Bespoke’s mission and values both internally and externally. Demonstrate strategic and creative thinking, problem solving and initiative as a trusted teammate. Maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including client teams, agency partners and property partners to deliver on sponsorship marketing plans. Support client teams through quick response times and effectively deliver and meet client expectations. Show willingness to learn and keep up to date on industry trends to drive forward‑thinking for clients and internal teams. Flex within the role across client teams, deliverables and events. Work independently under deadlines and as an integral part of a team. Provide reports, recaps and updates to internal and external teams as needed. Manage internal and external budgets and vendors on behalf of client teams. Travel to execute on‑site events as required. Take on additional duties, roles or responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications College degree with 3+ years of relevant experience with client or project management within a consulting organization, agency, brand, or team/league. NFL experience preferred but not required. Understanding of the sports, media and entertainment landscape. Excellent business writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Desire to work in a fast‑paced, evolving, growing, dynamic and challenging environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster key business relationships. Creative, adaptive personality that can interface with clients and sports properties. Excellent attention to detail with a solution‑oriented mindset and willingness to solve problems on short timelines. Ability to remain calm under pressure, multitask and prioritize while coordinating with others to meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel for deck development and budget management. Willingness to work traditional and non‑traditional office hours and travel as needed. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $76,000.00 per year, consistent with applicable law and dependent on skills, qualifications and experience.
