Associate Territory Sales Manager

Associate Territory Sales Manager needed near Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA Job Summary The Associate Territory Sales Manager (ATSM) will report directly to the Area Sales Manager (ASM). They will support
and cultivate current and new relationships under the guidance of the ASM. Additional responsibilities include the
ability to effectively communicate the clinical and economic benefits of client's products. Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical and Sales support pertaining to all client's products.
2. Develop relationships with current and prospective accounts.
3. Must have proper product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
4. Attending industry meetings and conferences for customer recruitment and industry networking.
5. Work with internal and external staff to support marketing efforts, message, and materials.
6. Ability to effectively in-service and train staff and key stakeholders.
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in business, Science, or related field.
2. Has at least 1-3 years of successful sales with a proven ability for solution-based selling and expertise in
the medical device or business-to-business industry.
3. Successful track record and willingness to learn the hospital acquisition process for surgical and capital
products, including value analysis, budgeting and committee selling.
4. Highly motivated to learn and is coachable.
5. The ability to build a strategic and concise territory plan with demonstrated execution.
6. The highest levels of professionalism are exemplified by excellent written and verbal communication
skills, the ability to articulate complex ideas to varied audiences, self- confidence, self-awareness,
and personable character.
7. Competent in computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
8. Competent with sterile technique and operating room environment.
9. Ability to work in a team-minded approach to achieve individual and company success. Travel Requirements Field location. Travel; 100% in the designated territory. The ideal candidate is willing to travel as needed to support
and grow the territory. Most travel is regional; however, there will be an occasional need for flight travel. Target Compensation The target annual compensation is in the range of $120,000.00-$125,000.00. Compensation consists of a base salary,
along with quarterly bonuses that reflect territory and organizational goals. In Addition, the candidate will be eligible
for additional bonuses in the form of specific objective bonuses above and beyond salary and quarterly bonuses.
