Associate Data Analyst

Technical Skills & Competencies U.S. citizenship required; must possess an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical analysis techniques. Minimum 1year experience with business‑intelligence tools and methodologies. Strong reporting and data visualisation skills using PowerBI, Tableau, or similar. Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations. Experience with data governance and ensuring data integrity. Work Experience Minimum 3years of hands‑on experience in data analysis roles. At least 1year of experience in business‑intelligence activities, including dashboard/report creation and data‑driven decision support. Education Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Achievements & Accomplishments Track record of leveraging data‑driven insights to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency. Experience developing and maintaining data models, reports, and dashboards. Soft Skills Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills. Collaborative, able to work independently or as part of a team. Detail‑oriented, proactive. Presentation Requirements Clear and concise presentation of data findings and business insights to stakeholders. Ability to create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports. Work Location On‑site in Arlington, VA. Candidates are expected to be on‑site multiple days per week. Compensation Estimated total compensation range: $76,700–$142,500.
