Recruiter - Real Estate Growth Partner

Description Director of Agent Attraction - Top Producer Wanted! Are you a hunter by nature who thrives on the thrill of the chase? Do you consistently hit or exceed your goals and love the art and science of connecting top-tier talent with winning organizations? If so, we want to meet you. We are looking for someone with a SALES background (real estate or otherwise), as well as Marketing & Branding experience. Recruiting experience not required. If you have a passion for SALES, branding our company, and for helping people around you find a rewarding career and a better life, let's chat! Our goal is clear: 15 agent hires per quarter (60 per year) - and not just hires, but agents who succeed, stay, and grow into top producers within our organization. If you get energy from people, love being face-to-face, enjoy strategic conversations, and are equally comfortable picking up the phone and prospecting - this role is for you. This is not passive recruiting. This is proactive, relationship-driven growth. What Success Looks Like
- 15 new agent hires per quarter
- Consistent inbound and outbound recruiting activity
