Account Manager

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Account Manager to join a client in Fremont. The role is with a manufacturing client in the computer hardware industry. This role is 100% onsite at their Fremont office. This is a full-time, direct hire role.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a proactive, customer-focused partner, managing strategic relationships with key clients
- Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts as the primary point of contact
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with Program Managers to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Support project coordination efforts and contribute to prospective account development
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and retention goals
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Monitor account performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Resolve client issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction and trust
- Stay current on industry trends and Bay Area market dynamics
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client success, preferably in a technical environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred, but not required
