Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Passion for training and developing team members
Commitment to hospitality and operational excellence
Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role with a hospitality group

Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for guests and staff
Maintain efficient workflows and address operational challenges quickly
Support the growth and development of the team through feedback and hands-on leadership
