At Trilogy Wellness, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Stretch Specialist to join our team at The MOG This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside healthcare and fitness professionals in a collaborative environment focused on improving mobility, reducing pain, enhancing performance, and helping clients feel their best.

Whether you're a fitness professional, exercise science graduate, personal trainer, athletic trainer, massage therapist, yoga instructor, or someone with a strong understanding of human movement, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

Client Care & Stretch Sessions

• Conduct one-on-one assisted stretching sessions
• Develop individualized stretching plans based on client goals and mobility assessments
• Educate clients on movement, flexibility, recovery, and injury prevention
• Monitor progress and adjust sessions as needed
• Delivering a welcoming, professional, and exceptional client experience

Studio Operations

• Maintain accurate session documentation
• Keep treatment and stretching areas clean and organized
• Assist with scheduling, client follow-up, and retention initiatives
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training

Preferred Backgrounds

• Personal Trainer
• Exercise Science Graduate or Student
• Athletic Trainer
• Physical Therapist Assistant
• Massage Therapist
• Yoga or Pilates Instructor
• Strength & Conditioning Coach
• Fitness Professional with mobility/stretching experience
