Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and strengths.

• Providing evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Collaborating effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and coordinated care.

• Engaging in crisis intervention procedures, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans as necessary.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, creating a collaborative therapeutic atmosphere.

Qualifications\n
