Manages anywhere from 4-15 crew employees, alone or with other managers.Operations Checklist: Completion of checklist on every shift worked to insure all items have been completed and comply with company policies and procedures or review if completed by Assistant Managers.B. Administrative SkillsAttention To Detail: Accomplish tasks showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; maintaining watchfulness over the entire operation and employees.Delegation/Follow-Up: Utilizing appropriate subordinates for task assignments. Delegating information-gathering and decision making to the appropriate individuals. Establish procedures to monitor the results of delegations, assignments or projects.Manage Work: Identify needs, set goals plan schedules in an effort to accomplish identified goals.
