Tax Processing Assistant

Completing over 500 electronic tax return filings monthly, the full-time Tax Processing Assistant II will manage jurisdictional notices, correspond with clients, and maintain accurate records while working remotely. Key responsibilities Complete electronic tax return filings and payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines Respond to jurisdictional notices and log all activity in Oracle Service Cloud Support new client onboarding by ensuring all required documentation and filings are completed accurately and on time Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in tax processing, administrative support, or a closely related field Basic working knowledge of tax forms, filing requirements, and compliance processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating and maintaining spreadsheets and reports Strong organizational skills with effective time management Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Virtual Vocations Inc
