Practice & Compensation Highlights: Guaranteed Base & Rank-Based Income: Competitive faculty salary range based on academic rank, with standard clinical duties operating on a balanced 2:1 supervision ratio with CRNAs and residents. New Facility Transition: Join ahead of the late-2027 opening of a brand-new, 14-story, 200-bed replacement hospital equipped with state-of-the-art operating suites and advanced surgical technology. Upfront Sign-On Bonuses: $20,000 Sign-on Bonus upon hire, plus a realistic Group Performance Bonuses: attainable productivity targets projected to deliver dditional yearly income. Subspecialty Teams & Fellowships: Participation on pediatric cardiac or liver transplant teams provides an extra $50,000/year stipend, with on-the-job cardiac fellowship training available for interested candidates (offering 1:1 direct care for complex subspecialty cases).
