Must be flexible with schedule. 4x10 will include a rotating weekday off.Schedules are completed roughly 2 months in advance so providers will know ahead of time what their schedule is. Work Details: Support staff: surgeons Anes CAAs perioperative staff Amount of coverage needed per TIME Patients per Patient population/age: adult Department description: Anesthesia required Hospital bed Special directed general surgery ortho neuro trauma OB cardiac Skills required: Level I Trauma required – no exceptions Practice Setting: Academic/Training Hospital Requirements: Board Certification: NBCRNA State license DEA:NA CSR:NA Certifications preferred: Certifications required: BLS ACLS Minimum experience required:2 years preferred 1 year REQUIRED MUST have level I trauma experience-no exceptions Credentialing Timeframe:90 days for full privileges. Can grant temps with clean providers to make start date.
