In Your Day-to-Day, You Will

• Manage end-to-end digital projects including Web, Email, Paid Media, and internal tools
• Own the annotation process for digital assets, ensuring alignment with compliance and brand standards
• Draft and maintain status reports, project trackers (e.g., Asana), meeting agendas and minutes
• Coordinate with marketers, content developers, IT, agencies, and deployment partners
• Ensure timely updates and alignment on campaign execution, process improvements, and documentation
• Track and analyze operational KPIs to drive insights and improve delivery
• Maintain internal knowledge systems: Playbooks, forms, templates, and documentation hubs
• Drive process optimization and help define best practices across global teams
• Lead regular weekly meetings and follow-ups with stakeholders

Skills You Have

• Native or near - native English level
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing workflows and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with project management and tracking tools like Asana, Confluence, or JIRA.
• Highly organized, process-driven, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.

Skills That Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
• Understanding of compliance workflows (PRC, MLR).
• Presentation skills.
• Exposure to performance monitoring and KPI reporting in a digital context.
• Knowledge of AI-powered annotation or content tools.
