Digital Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Project Manager to lead complex digital initiatives spanning product design, development, technology, website redesign, and e-commerce experiences. This role is ideal for a technically minded project leader who can confidently partner with design, development, product, and business stakeholders to drive projects from planning through execution.

• The ideal candidate has a strong background managing digital product and platform projects, is comfortable navigating technical discussions, and can effectively manage timelines, priorities, dependencies, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Rate: $65/hr.
• Location: Remote | PST time zone

• Lead end-to-end project management for digital product, platform, website, and e-commerce initiatives.
• Partner closely with Design, Development, Product, Technology, and business stakeholders to align scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure projects remain on track and aligned to business objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, working sessions, and stakeholder communications.
• Translate business and creative requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects moving.
• Manage dependencies between design, development, technology, content, and other workstreams.
• Support website and e-commerce redesign initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across product and technical teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and next steps to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain clear project documentation, schedules, workflows, and reporting.

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably within an ad agency, or digital agency environments.
• Proven experience managing website, e-commerce, digital product, or platform redesign projects.
• Strong experience working across Design and Development teams.
• Technically savvy with the ability to understand and communicate effectively around digital products, platforms, and development workflows.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of digital product development and project lifecycle methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Workfront, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience within a large enterprise or consumer-facing organization is preferred.
