Warehouse Operations SpecialistTeleSolv, a trusted partner to the Government with more than 25 years of operational excellence, is seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to support high-volume logistics and inventory operations. This role requires an independent, proactive professional capable of managing complex inventory systems and ensuring accountability across a large-scale warehousing environment. The selected candidate will play a critical role in supporting inventory management functions, handling high volumes of material transactions, and maintaining precise records for Government-owned equipment and supplies.Key Responsibilities:Process daily incoming materials and accurately store inventory using Integrated Barcode System (IBS) handheld scannersGenerate Receipt in Progress (RIP) and stow reports using automated systemsMaintain inventory accountability by conducting monthly Location Audit Process (LAP) and physical inventories across large datasetsResearch and resolve inventory discrepancies using automated logistical reporting systemsPrepare DD200 Survey Forms for lost, damaged, or obsolete Government property and ensure proper documentation in supply databasesSupport tool inventory maintenance and ensure compliance with relevant directivesOperate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to transport materials safely and efficientlyEnsure inventory shortages or equipment losses are promptly identified and addressedSkills, Knowledge & Expertise:Associate's degree preferredExperience preparing DD200 Survey Forms for Government property accountabilityPrior experience supporting large-scale inventory environments with high-volume transaction levelsFamiliarity with compliance-driven inventory procedures and reporting systemsStrong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing processes, and logistics systemsExperience with barcode scanning technologies and automated inventory systemsAbility to analyze inventory data and resolve discrepanciesWorking knowledge of logistics databases and reporting toolsEffective communication skills, both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbout TeleSolv Consulting:Since its establishment in 2000, TeleSolv Consulting has been committed to helping organizations solve complex problems.
