Director of Operations

Bighorn Airways, Inc. is seeking an experienced aviation executive to serve as Director of Operations. This role provides strategic leadership, regulatory oversight, and operational control for all Part 135 and Part 91 flight operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance. Role Overview The Director of Operations holds FAA-designated authority and is responsible for operational control, regulatory compliance, safety management, and leadership of flight operations personnel. The role oversees Chief Pilots, flight training, operational planning, and compliance with FAA and international regulatory requirements.
