Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Associate / Senior Tax Accountant to join their growing team in Upland, CA. ? Key Responsibilities

?? Tax Preparation & Review

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the tax process.

?? Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Address tax-related questions, concerns, and planning opportunities.

?? Tax Planning & Advisory

• Develop proactive tax strategies to help clients minimize tax liabilities.
• Provide guidance on complex tax issues while ensuring compliance.
• Keep clients informed of relevant tax law changes and their impact.

?? Qualifications

?? 7-10+ years of Public Tax experience REQUIRED
?? Strong experience working with clients across various industries and backgrounds
?? Heavy client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
?? Experience preparing and reviewing multiple types of tax returns
?? Strong tax planning and consulting abilities
? EA or CPA preferred, but not required
