We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Support Associate/ Account Manager in Dallas, TX to join our team and provide exceptional service to a dedicated customer base within an assigned region. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with both long-term and new customers while managing order processing, data entry, credits, debits, order status updates, and post-sale customer support. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to accurately enter and manage order details to ensure products are delivered correctly and on time. Success in this role requires strong multitasking abilities, a high level of attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service through phone and email interactions. Experience with business software systems is helpful, and while training will be provided on our platforms, candidates must bring a customer-focused mindset and a caring, professional approach to every customer interaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required, along with 4-5 years of customer service and office experience, including handling high call and email volumes in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to stay focused while managing multiple tasks and ensuring orders are entered correctly and processed without errors.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, paired with excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills to effectively support customers and meet daily deadlines.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
