Start Date: ASAP Location: South Florida Pay: $65,000–$80,000 Base + Commission (Based on Experience) Job Overview We are seeking an ambitious Sales Estimator to join a growing commercial and residential painting and concrete restoration contractor serving South Florida. This role is ideal for an entry- to mid-level construction professional looking to combine estimating with relationship building and business development. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time meeting with customers, visiting project sites, preparing estimates, and helping grow new business opportunities while collaborating closely with the operations team. Schedule & Shift Hybrid — Field-based throughout South Florida, in-office approximately once per week for team meetings Full-Time Primary Job Responsibilities Meet with prospective clients to evaluate painting and coating projects Perform site visits and gather project measurements and documentation Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using industry software Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, general contractors, HOAs, commercial clients, and residential customers Generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship building Follow up on proposals and assist in closing new projects Coordinate with project managers and operations to ensure smooth project handoffs Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the CRM Attend weekly office meetings and collaborate with leadership on sales strategy Qualifications 1–5 years of estimating, construction sales, project coordination, or related experience Experience within painting, roofing, restoration, construction, or specialty contracting preferred Experience using estimating software such as Procore, EagleView, Xactimate, Buildertrend, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, JobNimbus, or similar platforms Strong communication and customer relationship skills Comfortable conducting site visits throughout South Florida Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Commission opportunities Hybrid work environment Opportunity for career growth with an established and expanding South Florida contractor #J-18808-Ljbffr
