Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our per diem pool. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients while adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient health status with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• Proof of various health certifications (e.g., MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB test, and others as listed).
• Completion of Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
• Passing the Prime Core Competencies Exam and Skills Checklist.
• Current BLS certification.
