Automotive Parts Counter Person

Experienced Automotive Parts Counterperson Full-Time

Mercedes-Benz of Dublin | Crown Automotive Group

If youve worked a dealership parts counter, you know the routine: Five days a week, Saturdays are part of the deal, and your schedule is usually structured around what the dealership needs.

We believed there was a better way so we built it.

THE JOB IS FAMILIAR. THE SCHEDULE ISNT.

Our Parts Department operates on a published, repeating 5-week rotation. Every parts counter person moves through the same scheduleregardless of seniority.

Every five weeks, youll get:

• Three 4-day workweeks
• Work only 2 Saturdays out of every 5
• One scheduled weekday off each week
• A true 4-day weekend Friday through Monday
• 40 scheduled hours every week
• A predictable schedule posted in advance

Management provides backup coverage for vacations and unexpected absences whenever possible, helping us protect the rotation instead of routinely disrupting the teams schedule.

Youre still working a full 40-hour week. Weve simply found a better way to schedule it.
