The Opportunity As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with clients, architects, subcontractors and field teams. Projects typically range from $10M–$75M+ across a variety of sectors, including: Commercial Education Mixed-use The position is based in Chicago, with projects concentrated throughout the city and surrounding suburbs. There is no road-warrior travel expectation, and the company offers the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
