We are seeking a CUSTOMER SUPPORTREPRESENTATIVE to join our team at our corporateheadquarters located at 400 Ardex Park Drive, Center Township, PA 15001. What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Process customer orders and assist with invoices. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams. Help track shipments and resolve delivery questions. Support relationships with our customers across the U.S.,Canada, and Latin America Experience and Skills: What You'll Bring Some experience within a customer service-based position Have a positive, can-do attitude and a problem-solving mindset. Computer skills — Microsoft Office, email, and general tech skills Are eager to learn and grow in a professional office environment. Excellent attention to detail, and take ownership of your work.
