WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking to hire individuals with an eye for detail. We offer night shifts, evenings, weekends. This position is great if you can work as a team or by yourself, you're detail oriented, motivated, and take pride in your work.
The purpose of the position exists to effectively manage the day to day details of each assigned account and will be a part of our Floor cleaning team.
The floor technician job duties include but are not limited to:
- - MUST have a MINIMUM of 1 year professional floor care experience
- Must have a VALID driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Must be able to drive at night and in inclement weather
- -High speed buffing waxed floors
- -Stripping and waxing hard surface floors
- -Cleaning carpet
- - Extracting/deodorizing carpet and upholstery
- -Scrubbing hard surface floors
- You must pass a criminal background check.
- Job type: Full - Time
- Salary: $20/-$23 per hour depending on experience-Bonus potential per assignment!
