We are seeking a Paid Digital Media Expert with a strong foundation in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager to join our Layton, Utah team. This is a hands-on, on-site only role, focused on optimizing performance for our current dealership and OEM clients while also building scalable systems and strategies to support our continued growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-oriented, and motivated to take ownership of paid media performance — with a clear path toward future leadership opportunities as the department expands. Role Overview As the Paid Digital Media Expert, you will manage, optimize, and analyze multi-channel advertising campaigns with a focus on driving measurable business results. You’ll collaborate with our account management and creative teams to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned, efficiently executed, and consistently refined for better performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of data and tracking, and is eager to help shape processes, improve systems, and lead the future of our paid media team. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Display. Configure, manage, and validate conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and efficiency. Collaborate with account management and creative teams to align campaign strategy with client goals and objectives. Test and refine targeting, bidding, creative, and messaging strategies to maximize results. Contribute to the development of scalable processes and reporting frameworks for the paid media department. Support the expansion of Oz’s digital advertising services beyond the automotive and powersports industries. Stay current with platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices in paid media management. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-platform paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Display). On-site only in our Layton, Utah office. Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Strong understanding of conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and attribution modeling. Proven ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make strategic recommendations. Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. Agency experience or experience working with multiple clients is preferred. Familiarity with automotive or powersports marketing is a strong plus.
