Purpose and Mission We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, onboarding new customers, and servicing existing accounts alongside Regional Sales Managers. This position is a hybrid/3 day in office per week based in our Corporate Office, Atlanta, GA (Cobb County) Key Activities and Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business Generate new business by prospecting and making connections with decision makers Respond to customer inquiries, evaluate opportunities, and manage leads in CRM Provide product information and presentations to potential customers as needed Enter sales orders and manage orderbook to meet customer expectations Facilitate achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with the finance team as needed Attend tradeshows and events as needed Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments. About You BA/BS degree (preferably Business Administration, Sales or Marketing) Minimun of 2-3 years of inside sales experience (preferably in manufacturing and/or B2B Inside Sales) Customer Service Orientated Interpersonal skills necessary to sell, negotiate and close business with customers Effective communication and listening skills when answering phone calls from customers and associating with peers Administrative Skills (Forecasting, Call Reports; familiarity with Microsoft CRM, SAP and Excel) Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work A competitive mindset and a passion to win Be bold and take the leap!
