Sales Development Representative

We're looking for a driven, coachable Sales Development Representative to join Superior Home Buyers. You'll be working both ends of the pipeline — generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting and converting inbound leads — with direct exposure to how a high-growth real estate company sources and builds its pipeline. The Role This is a role for someone who sees sales as a career, not just a stepping stone. As an SDR at Superior Home Buyers, you'll work both sides of the pipeline — making outbound calls to generate new opportunities and converting inbound leads into qualified appointments for our senior acquisitions team. You'll learn the full sales process from the ground up, get direct coaching from experienced professionals, and have a clear path to advance as you prove yourself.
