Client Service Specialist

The best advisory team in the country is seeking an experienced Client Service Specialist to take ownership of the following responsibilities:

• Managing client communications
• Maintaining and updating databases
• Executing established processes from start to finish
• Coordinating schedules and appointments
• Supporting lead advisors in delivering an exceptional client experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting a financial advisory practice
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Experience with eMoney Advisor, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus
• Ability to learn quickly and grow within the firm
• Desire to advance professionally, including pursuing additional certifications and licenses
