As a Client Solution Specialist Sr. within PNC's Business Credit organization, you will be based in either Cleveland, OH, Indianapolis, IN or Pittsburgh, PA.

The Client Solution Specialist Sr. serves as a point of contact for relationship managers and clients, supporting treasury management and servicing needs while ensuring accurate and timely execution of client requests. This role typically requires strong problem-resolution and organizational skills to manage documentation, coordinate across internal partners and resolve complex issues. Familiarity or working knowledge of PNC systems (i.e. PINACLE, CSX, Capital Stream, Workday, etc.) would be beneficial.

Job Description

• Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a customer solutions resource.
• Gathers required documentation. Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy.
• Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer implementation plans and related client interactions.
• Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary.
• Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as needed.
• May serve as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $52,500.00 $96,250.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
