Restaurant Operations Leader: Guest Experience & Growth
BFS Foods
BFS Foods is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Buckhannon, WV to oversee daily operations, staffing, and customer satisfaction. You will lead and develop staff, manage inventory and payroll data, and ensure compliance with brand standards in a fast-paced unit.
Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation, coordinating monthly meetings, and building community relationships to drive sales while reporting to the General Manager. Experience in restaurant management is preferred for this role.
