Step into a dynamic educational environment supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the Baltimore, MD area. Multiple immediate openings are available with flexible assignments to best match your skills and scheduling needs. Positions are available at Wilde Lake High School, Forest Ridge Elementary, and Hammond Middle School. Current roles are primarily four days per week at the high school and elementary levels, each paired with a single day at a middle school. There is also a three-day-a-week opening at the middle school. Efforts are underway to move both four-day placements to full-time roles at their respective schools. This contract appointment runs through June 9, 2027, and offers a consistent weekly slate of 37.5 hours.

Ideal candidates bring strong clinical expertise, collaboration skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their communication goals.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Maryland SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Schools-based SLP experience preferred
• Comfortable working onsite in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists for cohesive student support
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Engage parents and guardians in students’ progress and therapy plans
