Territory Sales Rep

Technical Hardware Sales Representative

Sell an established, well-known technical hardware product into enterprise accounts that already recognize the brand. The challenge here isn't proving the product works, it's awareness and follow-through. You'll close deals sourced from reseller partners, inbound leads, and your own prospecting across a defined territory.

What You'll Do

• Own a territory booking number and close deals regardless of where they originated
• Work daily with reseller reps at national and regional VARs to become their go-to for network testing and troubleshooting needs
• Manage a high volume of smaller and mid-sized opportunities at once, not a handful of mega-deals
• Navigate from a technical user or network engineer up through management, procurement, and the reseller transaction
• Keep CRM and forecast data accurate and current

What You Need

• 5-10 years of B2B technology sales experience with consistent quota attainment (4 years considered for strong, hungry candidates)
• Experience selling networking, infrastructure, monitoring, test equipment, or adjacent hardware
• Track record selling through resellers like CDW, Insight, SHI, or similar
• Proven ability to generate your own pipeline in addition to working partner-sourced leads
• Strong CRM hygiene and daily prospecting habits
• Comfortable with 40-50% travel

Comp And Logistics

• OTE $200,000 to $250,000 (50% base / 50% variable)
• Remote within the US, aligned to an assigned territory (East, South, Central, West)
• Full-time, W2
