Here's a preview of what you'll be working on as a Facilities Maintenance Technician:

• Working in a facility maintenance environment, you'll be ensuring critical building systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently to support daily operations.

• Performing maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems.

• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.

• Conducting routine inspections and responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

• Supporting facility operations while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

• Pay rate: Starting at $28.00 per hour

• Shift: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• 6-8+ years of facilities or utilities maintenance experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment

• Strong experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems

• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver's License

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
