Client Advisor

Takeform is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Client Advisor to serve as a trusted partner to our clients and a key liaison between our clients and internal teams. In this role, you'll help bring branding and signage projects to life while ensuring every client receives an outstanding experience from start to finish. What you'll do Build strong, lasting relationships with clients Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate with sales, design, manufacturing, and project teams to keep projects moving Answer questions, provide updates, and proactively solve challenges Manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Create an experience that leaves clients excited to work with us again What makes you a great fit You genuinely enjoy helping people You're organized, proactive, and detail-oriented You communicate clearly and confidently You can juggle multiple priorities without feeling overwhelmed You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment You enjoy finding solutions and making things happen Your background Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred — or equivalent professional experience that has prepared you to succeed in this role.
