Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager will oversee areas of recruitment, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and performance management, all of which are aligned with company goals. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to support and implement effective short and long-term strategies to achieve organizational objectives. As you efficiently manage employee interactions, your goal is to provide excellent service with an appropriate sense of urgency.How You’ll Make an Impact Partner with respective client groups to understand their business challenges and to ensure effective and timely HR support.Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (coaching, counseling, career development, corrective actions, etc.) and plays an instrumental role in the administration of the annual performance management and compensation planning processes.Maintain employee files in the HRIS database to analyze trends and metrics to recommend, design, and implement solutions, programs, and processes that will drive organizational effectiveness.Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) including recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, etc.) to provide best-in-class HR support and programs to assigned client groups.Participate in enterprise-wide HR initiatives to effectively manage organizational changes.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues including EthicsPoint reports and conduct thorough and objective investigations; assist with unemployment and workers compensation claims, leave administration, and ADA accommodations.Ensure company policies are administered fairly and consistently throughout the area of responsibility; monitor legal compliance with all applicable local state and federal employment laws, including but not limited to FLSA, FMLA and ADA to provide a supportive work environment while minimizing risk/exposure to the company. Work Environment Office environmentTravel as requiredWhat You’ll Bring to SpectrumRequired Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or organizational behavior or related field or equivalent experience Experience 5+ years of human resources experience Skills Effective, professional communication skills; must be able to publicly address all levels of management and company personnelDeep understanding of HR practices and industry knowledge to evaluate and resolve complex HR issuesKnowledge of employee benefit programs to communicate and oversee annual enrollmentKnowledge of local state and federal employment laws and procedures; staffing and employment practices; employee relation's procedures and applicable law; wage and hour laws; recruitment trends and technologiesDemonstrated PC skills and MS Office skillsCan deal with issues and subject matter in ways that requires considerable sensitivity, discretion, and judgmentProject management skillsAbility to supervise the work of othersDecision maker that can work independently to solve problems Preferred QualificationsEducation Certifications for Human Resource Professionals (PHR, SPHR) preferredMaster’s DegreExperience2+ years in a management or leadership roleLicenseValid driver's license with satisfactory driving record within company required standards preferred#LI-RB1 HGN505 2026-77725 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
