Don't miss out on the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and passionate team committed to excellence.Here's why you will love it here:Excellent health care options, including medical, dental, and visionRecognition Programs and RewardsTravel Discounts ProgramOutstanding Paid Vacation Program and Paid Sick DaysEmployee Assistance Program that supports your physical and mental wellbeing401(k) program with company matchTuition reimbursement programsEmployee Stock purchase programNumerous learning and advancement opportunitiesAnd more!What will I be doing?Coordinate the Front Office's daily operations by assisting guests with check-in and out, providing support to staff with any questions or guest situations.Responsible for training and direction of new department Team Members.Supervise and ensure the accurate sequences of events for proper registration and check-out of guests.Maintain a daily log of all guest's opportunities with corrective action steps and containing member/guest communicating special request.Address and resolve escalated guest concerns promptly and ensure a positive, memorable experience for our owners and guests.Follow-up on any unresolved situations in a timely manner and pass on appropriate information to other Managers/Supervisor for handling.Setting the house 14 days in advance, ensuring the matrix is correct with availability.Responsible reconciling night audit and all supporting documentation is accurate.Assist with coverage of Team Member's while on PTO and/or call-outs.Other duties as assigned by management.What are we looking for?High School Diploma/GEDAbility to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.Ability to build and interpret business communications and reports.Basic mathematical skills.Highly skilled in solving practical problems, using good judgment to deal with a variety of variables in guest and business situations.Excellent interpersonal and service skills.Ability to resolve conflict, think on their feet, influence, and mentor others.Must have digital computer skills and the ability to work with multiple applications.Ability to multi-task.Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with guests in English.Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:3+ Years of Hospitality or related experience2+ years of prior management/supervisory experienceEligibility: All U.S. regular full-time and part-time Team Members are eligible for a wide range of benefits.
