4 South is a cardiovascular step-down unit that cares for adult and geriatric patients.

Key services include:

• Epidural
• Trachs
• Post cardiac
• Cath
• Feeding tubes
• Vasoactive drips
• Insulin drips

Shift information: 3/12s

Pay range: $43.59-$69.36/hour based on years of experience and education.

Bonus information: $10,000 sign-on bonus. All sign-on bonuses will be paid on the first paycheck and require a 2-year commitment.

Minimum qualifications: BSN or MSN or enrollment in an RN-BSN or RN-MSN program within 1 year of hire and completion within 5 years of hire.

Relocation information: $10,000 relocation.

Benefits/incentives: $10k sign on and $10k relocation offered (these perks apply to travelers that sign on as permanent staff as well).

• Tuition reimbursement is offered for BSN. $5250 tuition reimbursement offered each year. This applies to all nursing degrees, even if they are not required for the position.
• Internal growth opportunities to become RN I, II, III and IIII.
• Pay is based on education and experience.
• ADN degrees are accepted. Must obtain BSN within 5 years of hire. Will receive a 5% increase in pay once BSN is completed.
