Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical Surgical care to provide comprehensive patient management in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality nursing services, ensuring positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document clinical observations and interventions accurately.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and relevant state licensure.
• Proven experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic setting.
