Account Executive – Commercial Waste & Recycling Miami, FL $50K base + uncapped commission (OTE $90K–$120K+) Monday–Friday | 100% Field-Based About the Role We’re working with a growing environmental services company expanding its sales team in Miami. This is a true outside sales role focused on building long‑term business relationships, not just quick transactions. What You’ll Do Prospect and win new business for commercial waste & recycling services Manage a local territory through daily outreach and in-person meetings Build proposals, pricing, and bids for potential clients Track contract renewals and position services ahead of expiration Attend networking events and connect with local businesses Work with internal teams to resolve issues and retain accounts Keep accurate notes on clients, pricing, and competitors Maintain a strong pipeline and hit weekly/monthly targets What They’re Looking For 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience Proven ability to prospect and close new business Competitive, goal‑oriented mindset Strong organization and time management skills Professional communication and presentation skills Comfortable working independently in the field Reliable transportation required Bachelor’s degree preferred Open to relocation for future growth opportunities MOHR Talent is an equal‑opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
