You'll welcome residents, families, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism - creating an immediate sense of comfort and trust. - Answer and direct incoming calls accurately and efficiently
- Monitor lobby activity and maintain a calm, orderly environment
- Record and relay messages with high attention to detail
- Assist residents with scheduling services and coordinating requests
- Support resident activities and events in lobby areas
- Maintain and update resident directories and office documentation
- Handle emergency situations calmly and appropriately
- Support the team with a "whatever it takes" attitude

- Previous receptionist experience required
- Experience with or sensitivity to elders and/or disabled individuals
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must genuinely enjoy interacting with seniors, families, and the public
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional communication skills with warm, confident presence
