We are looking for a dedicated and driven  Sales Associate to join our team at our U.S.-based manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about growing a business, eager to learn, and ready to make an immediate impact.

The Sales Associate will work closely with the  Vice President of Sales and play a key role in supporting our sales operations — from customer follow-up and order tracking to account management and internal coordination. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and wants to grow into a long-term career in sales or operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the VP of Sales with day-to-day sales activities and customer follow-up
• Dual language- Spanish/English a plus
• Communicate with customers to answer inquiries, provide updates, and gather order details
• Assist with order entry, tracking, and coordination with the production and shipping teams
• Help maintain CRM and internal systems with accurate customer data and activity logs
• Learn the basics of account management, including how to support key customers and ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with production, and logistics teams to meet customer demand
• Draft and send professional emails and make outbound phone calls to support follow-up and relationship-building
• Participate in internal meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills — verbal and written
• Professional and friendly phone and email etiquette
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a manufacturing sales environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word Power Point)
• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required
