Job Description Manage California employment litigation matters from intake through resolution. Handle court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents. Provide practical legal advice and counseling to clients on employment law matters. Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys on complex legal strategies. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Participate in business development and professional organizations as desired. Qualifications 2+ years of California employment law experience. Prior employment litigation experience is required. Experience representing plaintiffs, employers, or qualifying in-house clients with litigation responsibilities. Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
