Join our growing and dynamic Farmers Insurance Agency! We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The position offered is full time . Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in .

Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our valued policyholders
• Assist clients with payments, policy changes, and insurance questions
• Help clients understand their coverage options and make informed decisions
• Maintain and update client records and policy databases (APEX)
• Review daily retention, underwriting alerts, and policy processing notifications
• Contact clients regarding cancellations or renewal changes
• Prepare files and support annual review appointments for Account Executives
• File and organize documents for new and existing clients
• Identify coverage gaps and referral opportunities to support our producers
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful, proactive, and a strong problem-solver
• Organized, with great time management and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable with technology and computer systems
• A genuine desire to help people and contribute to a positive team culture
• Able to obtain a P&C license within 60 days (we'll support you through the process)
