I opened my agency in 2024 after spending three years in the Agent Aspirant program preparing for agency ownership. I'm originally from the DC area and a proud graduate of Wake Forest University. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, fishing, and watching football. Our agency offers paid time off, licensing costs paid up front, and a Simple IRA with a 3% employer match. We also believe in rewarding the team for reaching goals - hit the daily team goal and you may head home an hour early, or hit the weekly goal and enjoy a 2:00 PM start to your weekend on Friday. Our culture is positive, motivated, and focused on growing together. I'm looking for someone who works hard, enjoys learning, is comfortable with technology, and comes to work ready to contribute with a great attitude. As an Account Manager for Jackson Mote - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
