School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: El Monte, CASchedule: Full-Time | In-Person

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in the El Monte area . This is a full-time, in-person opportunity where you’ll make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the communication skills they need to thrive both academically and socially. Whether you’re an experienced school-based SLP or looking to transition into pediatrics, we’d love to hear from you! Position Details Full-time schedule
In-person, school-based setting
School year position with potential for continued opportunities
Pay rate dependent on experience Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Provide consultation and strategies to teachers, staff, and families.
Ensure services comply with district, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates may be considered depending on district needs.
Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred, but not required.
